Cranberry Chip Pecan Cookies

On some weekends when we have what seems like a million things going on, I will bake with a prepared sugar cookie mix to save some time.  With Father’s Day and my daughter’s graduation this weekend, I made these cookies using the following ingredients:

1 bag prepared sugar cookie mix

1 stick butter, softened

1 egg

1/2 C white chocolate chips

1/2 C dried cranberries

1/3 c chopped pecans

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and mix the cookie mix and butter and egg together in a bowl.  When combined well, add the chips, cranberries and pecans.

 

Bake for 9-11 minutes, until golden brown.  Cool on rack.
